SIGMA SPORT offers the following Returns Policy:Although we prefer that you purchase your Sigma products from your local retailer, we recognize that certain geographic obstacles or selection may prevent you from having access to all of our products. All shops have access to Sigma products and can have them within one to two days thanks to our strong network of distributors. Therefore, before completing your purchase, please take a moment and visit our dealer locator to see if there is a shop near you. Returns: If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us at 888-744-6277 to obtain an RA#. Unused product may be returned for a full refund of the purchase price within 30 days of your purchase. Sigma will not be responsible for freight charge refunds that you may have paid. Questions/Defective Product: If you are experiencing difficulties with your Sigma product, please call us at 888-744-6277. One of our friendly staff members will be able to assist you in programming/setting up your product. If the product is determined to be defective, you will be provided an RA# and we will replace your product. Sigma USA offers a 5 year manufacturer¿s defect warranty on all products sold in North America. This excludes batteries and bulbs, and does not cover damage caused by use or abuse. Please provide a dated receipt proving that the product was purchased within the last 5 years. If a receipt is not available, we will use the date code stamped on each Sigma product. If the exact replacement product is no longer available, your product may be replaced with the next closest substitute.
